Small group classes designed just for you

Our classes are all limited to a maximum of 6 people and are run by either our Physiotherapist or Sports Therapist.

Anyone can attend these classes, which are run on a 12 week termly basis.  They are specifically aimed at people who may not have exercised in a while or who are starting out for the first time.

We can accommodate people with all levels of fitness and then tailor things to your abilities within the class as the numbers are small.  These classes are also ideal if you want to continue your journey to better health and fitness after an episode of care with us.

If you are not sure if our classes are for you we can arrange for you to come along and see for yourself or to try out a class before you commit to the whole term.  Just let us know you are interested.
